TERMS OF SALE
Placeholder terms covering counter sales, pickup and delivery. Final terms will be reviewed by counsel before launch.
Pricing and availability
Prices and stock counts are shown as of your visit and are subject to change. If an item is unavailable when we pull your order, we will contact you before charging for a substitution.
Express pickup
Pickup orders are held at the counter during open hours. Bring your order number and a photo ID. Unclaimed orders are restocked after 72 hours.
Jobsite delivery
Delivery is available in published service areas during open counter hours. Delivery is charged at the rate shown at checkout and is free on qualifying order totals (currently $500). Someone must be able to receive the materials at the address provided.
Contractor accounts
Contractor pricing and account terms apply only to verified accounts approved by a manager. Account terms may be suspended for past-due balances.
Returns
Unused, uninstalled stock items in original packaging may be returned with a receipt. Special orders, water heaters that have been filled, and cut pipe are non-returnable. Restocking fees may apply.
Code compliance
Products are sold for professional installation in accordance with local plumbing code. It is the purchaser's responsibility to confirm suitability for the application. Questions? Call the counter at 714-447-9000.
